The 🚨 Emergency screen's "Send SOS" button drafts a text to the contact above in your own Messages app — you tap send yourself, so it only ever uses your own phone's texts. Add up to 2 more names/numbers here to keep them on record too — they'll show up in your Allergy Passport for anyone helping to contact manually, though only the contact above gets the pre-filled SOS text.
Add one short line to the SOS text (optional). It goes out after the emergency, the 999 instruction and your allergies — those always come first and can't be replaced. Use it for something only you'd know to say.
